Managed Services

This agreement states that the team at Fusion Technology will take care of all of your basic office computer needs, which includes:  
• Complete PC Maintenance to all PC’s every 6 Months
• Virus / Spyware removal to keep all of the PCs in great running order
• General tune-ups to keep the PCs running the fastest they possibly can
• Network Diagnostics – insures network is functioning at 100% capacity
• PC Clean-Out - Physical(As Needed)
• Network Administration (Adding and Removing Users– setting up user permissions in the server)
• Consultation
• On-Call Service – if you have problems outside of our scheduled time of maintenance, all you have to do is call and we will setup a service call to get your issues resolved, at no charge!

Fusion Hardware Warranty Package

This service is a general warranty plan. Regardless of the age of your equipment, this package will protect you against major expense when equipment fails. This package will cover most PC’s, printers, switches, additional peripherals, and parts. This package is a hardware warranty only – it is not designed for software malfunctions including virus / spyware. We will attempt to repair all equipment, if unable to repair, we will replace with as good or better equipment. Many business are very keen on the idea of not having to worry about major expenses not figured into the budget – let the Fusion Hardware Warranty plan take care of those problems. This plan includes:
• General Warranty on office equipment listed on our inventory page. (This will be completed and signed by the office manager or person in charge)
• Warranty also includes setup of the new or repaired equipment.
• Fusion will attempt to repair the product first, if it is not able to be repaired, we will replace it with like or better equipment.
• Warranty Package does not include any type of accidental or electrical damage. This will be covered by your business insurance.
